I love working in Real Estate because it is constantly changing and I love keeping up with the all of the changes and trends. For example; what great new homes are coming on the market that I can tell my Buyer about (terrific Tudor coming in Mayfair), market trends (the price per square foot has risen ___% in Capitol Hill in this first quarter), changing laws (how many roof layers are legal?), interior design trends (are people moving away from granite kitchens?), neighborhood trends (the average price per square foot in Country Club), and even new Real Estate software!

I also love that I get the opportunity to work with so many different people from near and far, with various backgrounds, and diverse histories. This constant change (do you like that oxymoron?) keeps me on my toes and makes the “multi-tasker” in me shine! (I can get bids for sewer repairs, look up listings, set appointments, and call my clients to give them updates on what is going on!) I feel so lucky to have found a career that matches my talents and passions.

What do I bring to the table? Enthusiasm, knowledge, negotiation skills, communication skills, accessibility (phone, email, fax, and I still use mail), attention to detail, my band of merry men (and women) like lenders, painters, plumbers, window washers, and even the candle stick maker! And of course I bring my match making skills to help you find what you want and need in a home, or to help you sell your home for top dollar! It is so rewarding to find someone the perfect home, or to help someone sell their home so that they can move on to their next adventure!
