Why would a CPA choose to
sell real estate?
Having grown up in the colorful state of Colorado
and now residing in the historic Park Hill area
of Denver I found myself thinking more and more
about the beautiful homes and less about my career
as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
The charm of the older homes in many of the Denver
areas that I represent is magnetic. I have been
inspired to help others find the perfect home
for their family just as I have done for myself.
Many of the skills that I have gained with my
training, education and work as a CPA have carried
over into my ability to become an exceptional
real estate agent.
I began my career with Leonard Leonard &
Associates as their internal accountant and learned
the business from the inside out. I am familiar
with every facet of the real estate business.
I learned that buying and selling houses is very
much a numbers game. Pricing, mortgages and comparable
sales are all second nature to me and my clients
can have faith that I will properly represent
them in these areas.
I am organized, intelligent and detail-oriented.
My honesty and dedication make me a trustworthy
advocate for my clients. Patience & good listening
skills go hand in hand and are imperative when
trying to find someone the perfect home. I want
to take all of the time needed to sit down and
listen to the needs and concerns of my clients.
I do not believe in a forceful sales approach,
but I am an aggressive negotiator.
