Acquiring money for financing real estate is so important and can cost you thousands if you are not in the right hands. I have often shook my head in disbelief as I watch some buyers come to closing paying thousands more than the going market rate for interest and closing costs.

If you have come across loan fraud: Report Loan Fraud in Colorado

Shop around - choose carefully. Just like cars, there are thousands of loans to choose from. Talk to 2 or 3 lenders and get everything in writing before you choose your lender.
